think any companies that want to grow and improve its business; it
needs for well-trained employees and best customer service and sales.
Shangri La- Hotel employee training and development has impacted the
company for great sales, customer service, customer loyalty and
inspiring of employees whether the class is instructor-led, online or
instructor interactive Web-classroom training. The training of employees
has been very effective and useful in China, which has brought
credibility and growth to the company. The employees of Shangri-La Hotel
have always delighted its customers with the skills and knowledge that
they have gained through trainings. The customers have always walked in
and out happy.

Shangri-
La Hotels’ heavy investment brings lots of credits and trust in
employee development and with that it allows the company to have
profitable incomes or returns because if the company trains the
employees and the employees can deliver great customer services and
keeps the customer happy and satisfied, then this would bring in more
customers and will gain more and more credibility, trust, popularity and
growth to the company.

Shangri-La
Hotel has been doing well so far in maintaining service quality to
ensure that the hotel can compete and can stay on the top. It has had a
great service and quality strategy through employee training and
development. I guess in high wage counties, it still needs to improve
its strategy in maintaining qualified professionals that it has invested
on them and that can be done by rising the salaries of those
professionals and as well as offering bonuses to the employees based on
economy of the county.
